5th MINSK MEDIATION FEST
May, 13-14, 2021
Minsk, Belarus
Welcome to
Minsk Mediation Fest!

For the fifth year, the Festival will bring together participants from different countries to discuss issues of mediation development, share their experience, establish professional cooperation and develop ideas for joint projects.

Experts from Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Bangladesh, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, the USA and other countries will share their experience and create a highly professional space for receiving supervision. You will learn not only about the great successes of recognized experts, but also the failures that allowed them to make important conclusions, changed their professional worldview, and set a new trajectory for moving in the profession.

The focus of the 5` Festival is international mediation in three directions:

- international mediation (political, regional, international (cross-border) family, commercial, labor conflicts, etc.)

- successful international experience in various fields and directions of mediation (successful projects, practices and experience in different countries, which can be extrapolated to any other country)

- strengthening the international professional community. Exchange of experience in the field of professional self-development of a mediator (work with emotional burnout, professional deformations of a person, professional stability, mediation of internal conflicts, sale and promotion of mediation services, etc.).

For the fifth consecutive year, the Festival will be an open space for dialogue between representatives of different schools, approaches and methodologies in the application of mediation.

We will be glad to meet you at the 5`Fest!
